The Hotel was in a great location, 5 minutes from Union Square and the center, close to everything. The Check in was smooth, and the room was big enough. Breakfast was great as well. Very good price to quality ratio.

Wonderful room and facilities, but the highlight of the stay was the staff. I had encounters with roughly 10 staff members, and all of them provided me with the best customer service I’ve ever had in any hotel, or even any environment that I have been in. 10/10 recommend, especially for the price.
