I was truly impressed by the hotel’s excellent location and high level of service. Nestled right in the heart of Hanoi, this property offers easy access to major attractions, government offices, and famous landmarks, making it extremely convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The lobby area is spacious and elegant, creating a warm and welcoming first impression the moment you step inside. I was also pleased to see that the hotel provides a large parking space, which is a great advantage for guests traveling by car — something not every city hotel can offer. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with genuine smiles. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was handled with care and efficiency. The host is incredibly nice. We were many hours late unfortunately, but he took it all with a smile. The house and the room is huge. No bugs, huge windows, great AC, nice shares bathroom, good bus connections, calm area not too far from the center.

Enormous penthouse apartment had plenty of room (5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plus huge living room with loads of seating) for my family of 8. The facilities were even nicer than we had anticipated - very roomy and luxurious-feeling. Fantastic wifi, rooftop deck, clean elevator...it was all good! The cleaners came every day, and supplied us with fresh towels and water bottles as well as cleaning up all our mess. And the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and excited to help, especially the young man who works the afternoon/evening shift. He went the extra mile more than once for us! Everything we asked for, they supplied. I would recommend this place to any large group coming to Hanoi!

Best thing is the location. Everything is at a walkable distance. The apartment is very clean and hygienic. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed as we travelled with kids and we had to cook. It's quite spacious and beautiful. The owner was very good and responded swiftly to every concern of ours. She was friendly and so cooperative. Totally a recommendable place when in Ha Noi.
