From the very first moment I arrived, I could feel the warmth, friendliness, and professionalism in every gesture and interaction. Everyone greeted me with genuine smiles, offered thoughtful assistance, and paid close attention to every little detail to ensure my comfort throughout the stay.
The hotel boasts a superb location, just a few minutes away from the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and famous historical landmarks such as the Temple of Literature and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. This made exploring Hanoi’s cultural treasures and attractions incredibly convenient and enjoyable.

Beautiful and modern room! Even though it’s outside of the Old Quarter, it is still super close and walking distance from train street. It’s also less noisy at night! The staff was so attentive and made sure I had a pleasant experience!
