Billy, Nancy and the rest of the team made my trip super fun! They made me feel so welcome, always making jokes and ready to help me with anything. They also helped me organize my tours and were very flexible if I had to change anything (I stayed here many nights). Also the location is really good. But most important the team had really good vibe with lovely people!

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the main attractions and the beautiful lake area. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. They even helped arrange tours, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Stayed in Melia Hotel with family for 6 nights. We liked the facilities, room was spacious enough and nicely arranged. Cleaning service worked really good and on daily basis. Breakfasts have a wide variety choice, we really enjoyed breakfasts in Melia. It was so far the best service we have experienced from welcoming till farewel👍 Thanks to Melia staff.

If you want to stay in the heart of Hanoi, Hotel de Souriant is the perfect choice. The hotel is clean, the beds and pillows are as comfortable as the ones at home, and the sheets, pillowcases, and towels are changed daily—always crisp, fresh, and spotless.
The room sizes are just right—not overly large, but ideal for a city getaway. The staff is incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, something you don’t come across often.
Breakfast offers everything you could ask for, from traditional Vietnamese dishes to Western favorites, catering to all tastes and habits.
We had dinner twice at the Sky Bar (the Pho and noodles were amazing—highly recommended!). The Sky Bar is also a fantastic spot to unwind in the evening.
If you enjoy massages, I highly recommend trying the ones offered at the hotel—both the full-body and foot massage are unbelievably good!
