The staff are truly some of the best hotel staff I have ever met. Friendly and efficient and they genuinely want to help. Nothing is too much trouble. The area around the hotel has everything you need. Close to the lake and puppet theatres. The cleaning staff were great and room was cleaned every day.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended!
I had an excellent experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality really made a difference during my stay.
The location is perfect — central enough to reach all the main attractions easily, but also in a quiet area, which made it easy to relax after a busy day.
The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. You could really tell that cleanliness is a top priority here. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way — comfortable, clean, safe, and with top-notch service. I will definitely be coming back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
