Every single staff member was polite, friendly and very helpful. From the welcome on arrival with all the detailed information about the hotel to the activities in Hoi An.
The location is excellent and all activities can be done on foot. The hotel rents bicycles, so we had the opportunity to see activities in the vicinity and further afield. We also used massages and it was wonderful relaxation.
Breakfast was fantastic.
Since I'm writing a review only after returning home and we stayed in 10 hotels in Vietnam, in our opinion this was the best hotel we've visited, and that's mainly thanks to the staff, who do to their guests "what they see in their eyes". and that is the highest value for us.

The service is exceptional, happy kind staff. Location is great with a free shuttle bus to the old town and free bikes on offer. The rooms and beds are very big and comfortable. The pool is good and the breakfast is stupendous.

Impossible to recommend more!
I am traveling in Asia for the last half a year and this one has been my best stay. The staff make you feel right at home, they are so kind and attentive that you feel so comfortable.
I loved the fact that is a smaller hotel so you get all the space and attention.
The bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows, the breakfast is lovely with local food, eggs and many fresh fruits.
The location is perfect with green views and very close to the lovely rice fields. It’s just outside of the busy center but close enough to be there in few minutes.
I loved the free bikes which are in a really good condition and allow you to explore the area freely.
Will absolutely come back and recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free bikes made it easy to get around. Laundry service was fast and exceptional value. Rooms were flawless and both pools were lovely and open til late.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, providing us with great recommendations on things to do and places to visit in the city. They went above and beyond with small gestures, welcoming us with fresh fruits and drinks, and even giving us snacks and drinks for our journey when we left.
They also took care of organizing our transfers to the next destination by booking the bus for us, and they arranged tickets for a show at a discounted rate compared to the official prices.
The location is perfect—not in the middle of noisy streets, yet less than a 10-minute walk from the city center. Highly recommended!
