The staff was very kind and helpful, always asking about our needs. They were really customer-focused, we even got a small gift when departing, and even after check-out, when we had to wait for our train, we could chill 1-2 hours in a guest area that was very comfortable. I spent a wonderful 3 days at Madhav Mallet's, and words and photos can hardly capture the magic of this place. First off, I had no idea that the hosts are royalty from Udaipur! Their hospitality truly reflects their noble lineage. The property is their ancestral home, charmingly managed by Bhuwneshwari, who is not only beautiful but also incredibly warm, and the mother of two lovely daughters. Fun Fact: Her husband has represented India in the World Polo Championship, which explains the polo mallets decorating the entire house. Chandan, their caretaker, is a culinary maestro. Whether you're after healthy juices or traditional Rajasthani chicken, every dish is a delight. Located right in the heart of Jaipur, this place is easily accessible from anywhere in the city. My stay turned out to be more enchanting than I could have imagined. I relished in delicious meals, engaging conversations, and was touched by the genuine warmth of blue-blooded hospitality.

Nice, homely place. Staff were very warm and friendly. Food was good with nice, homely ambience in the restaurant. Rooms were very clean. Had a very comfortable stay with family. Especially recommend for families with special needs children. Hotel is in a residential area with no hustle and bustle, and a watchful and friendly security.

Our stay with Vikram and his family was one of the highlights of our trip to India. The whole team was so warm and welcoming. They arranged transport when we needed a TukTuk (thanks Sony) as well as a car back to Delhi. The place itself is some sort of magic, the rooftop was fun for the kids to run around on spotting squirrels and the food was great. They were so accomodating of our picky eaters and happily provided Tomato on toast for our 7 year old when he decided it was the only thing he wanted.

The staff We were a group of 17 people with 10 kids. They not only accommodated our dietary preferences but also went the extra mile to prepare delicious and kid-friendly meals that my children absolutely loved. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful staff Deepanshu at Fairmont Jaipur for his exceptional assistance during our stay.

The hotel was set out across a wonderful location overlooking the hills and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and polite and the room very comfortable. We were upgraded to a bigger room with an outdoors space which made our stay even more magical. We also loved that it is a very family friendly hotel and everyone greeted our baby with love. We will be definitely coming back on our next visit to Jaipur.

The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were well done up. My room had a small pantry too. Very convenient for families with small children. The staff was well behaved. The breakfast was basic but tasted superb. I traveled with two daughters and the place felt safe and secure. The host was warm and caring and allowed us to check out late as our train was in the evening.
