We had such a lovely stay at the Backwater Breeze Valley View Villa. The location is honestly the highlight the views from the property are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the backwaters and the lush valley right in front of us felt unreal. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit outside with a cup of tea and lose track of time. The villa itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, but what really stood out was the food made by the caretaker. Every meal was simple, fresh, and genuinely delicious you can tell it was prepared with a lot of care. We ended up looking forward to mealtimes just as much as the views! Overall, it was a peaceful and refreshing stay. If you’re planning a trip to Mahabaleshwar or Tapola and want beautiful scenery and good homely food, this place is a great choice. Highly recommended!

Tented space but comfortable for a one night stay and good food in the restaurant. Good service and was good sleep after a crazy rainy night of riding. The shared bathroom was clean and had hot water. Thanks to the folks at Sabas. Will recommend for a 1-2 day stay.
