Before arrival I was in dialogue with the owner because I was in doubt about payment. The owner was very helpful. When we arrived to the house we were greeted in the door by the owner. She showed us the house and its facilities and also mentioned nearby sights to see. Again very helpful and professional. The house is of a very high standard and kept clean and tidy. Breakfast is normally served from 8, but we had to leave early for work - no problem said the owner, when do you need to leave? 7.30-08.00 - no problem we will make sure breakfast is ready from 07.00. Furthermore, the breakfast was very good - warm croissants, cereal, cake, juice, jam, Nutella - basically all one needs to have a great start to the day. Checking out was also easy and payment with card is no problem. To sum it all up - Great place with great owners. It's definitely worth visiting if you are in that area.

Fresh and clean room. Great to have breakfast available to have when you want rather than a set time. For a family with a pre teen who likes to sleep it meant she would grab breakfast whenever she got up!

This place is exceptional. Antonella our host, and her family are so warm and welcoming, nothing is a bother. The rooms are so clean ,spacious ,light and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning and a fabulous home prepared meal on rooftop terrace - amazing view over village and surround. Centrally located and easy to access. This place is a gem and highly recommended .

Stunning scenic location, excellent attentive service in a beautiful converted property. The room was a good size and bathroom was large with a great shower. We briefly used the pool but the weather wasn't quite warm enough, in the summer this would be the perfect place to cool off however! We ate dinner there which was fantastic value, four courses with wine, all homemade food with local products that really gave us a taste of Molise. Worth making a detour to stay here for the views and top quality hospitality.
