Good location, very good hosting. Leila was super pleasant, showed us the hotel and suggested to help if needed. We had to print out our plain tickets and she happily assisted, which helped us a lot. You can feel that staff cares about your stay, making sure everything is as pleasant as it could be. Highly recommend for your stay in Marrakesh!

Highly recommend this hotel. Great location on the edge of Gueliz, a great area with a lot of bars and places to eat around every corner (especially Le Zar) Nice and uncomplicated/fresh breakfast in the morning and a rooftop bar/pool area that has a clear view of the mountains. It was cold when I was there in December but I can imagine that during the summer it would be great place to hang out during the evenings. Very friendly and helpful team working there who are more than happy to help arrange transportation, food recommendations, excursions bookings and everything else. I’m bad with remembering names but everyone was super friendly and a massive thanks for everything and making the short time I was there memorable. Also did a couple of spa treatments in the small spa in the lower floor, also highly recommended and thanks to that team too. Room was large, comfortable and quiet, wifi works perfectly

Second time here. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. Breakfast every morning on the roof terrace was delightful. Mostly breads with preserves but if you ask nicely you can get some eggs. The location was really great if you want to avoid taking taxis and like walking. Overall the Riad felt like a little hidden gem we had all our to ourselves. Only complaint is that you can hear out into the hallways easily but that is probably due to the way the rooms face into a courtyard so it echos. If this would bother you while you slept, then I would advise bringing ear plugs (easy fix in my opinion!). :) Thank you staff also for your kindness and help daily! It did not go unnoticed.

The property was amazing excellent and so big very good for families or groups of people and is child friendly especially the pools, slides and so many activities for both the old and young. The food, drinks very nice. It was my 60th birthday 15 family members surprised me to this wonderful resort Younes and team were exceptional he went an extra mile. Our 9 days were well spent. My grandchildren would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our time at Hamid, this is a family friendly place, we stayed with our two small children and had a comfortable stay over. Hamid knows the neighbourhood, staying at his place is also great in case you are looking for a local guide to explore the surrounding mountains. We strongly recommend.

Honestly everything was great. My son loved the kids club and aqua park. The food was really good always different and loads of choices. The animation team were unreal, so kind, talented and made sure everyone had fun. The night shows were beautiful and entertaining. This place is perfect for families. So much to do all day long and it’s so big. Would definitely recommend and go again.
