The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with a large supermarket just a short walk away and a pharmacy right across the street. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful our stay was. I like everything here and plan to come back with my husband in April next year. The location is very good within five minutes walking from the train station to the hotel. Very easy to walk to any where as the hotel location is in the city center. Walking to the Lugano lake is about five minutes. Breakfast was good quality and variety. All staff i contact with were so friendly.

The house was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions. Her warmth and hospitality truly made the difference. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely come back next time!

The attention to the minor details such as games for kids and the baby chair and the kitchen was filled with all the necessary items.

Beautiful garden area with spectacular views towards the city. Additionally the dinner at the Ar Convént B&B was very delicious three course meal with very reasonable price, we can definitely recommend. All in all very enjoyable stay and I hope to come back soon.
