The hotel is well designed, the rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There are so many little touches to make it feel you’ve arrived to stay with family or friends. Our host Irene is enthusiastic and super helpful. Offering suggestions and help for every travel question (and we had many)!! Breakfast was ample and covered all the bases as to offerings that were fresh and yummy! Our airport transfers went smoothly. Excellent drivers in both directions. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our days here and highly recommend Casa Alegria as a great base to visit the northern end of Santiago.

The BBQ on the private terrace was a fantastic touch—we had an amazing dinner while watching the sunset over the city. The location is also perfect! Close to everything—restaurants, shops, and the beach—yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and stunning views, this is the place to book. I can’t wait to come back!

She is so nice and kind and helpful, and the apartment has great wifi and all the amenities you need. I was absolutely comfortable here, felt safe, and slept great. I would stay again in a second. Very beautiful property, with everything we needed as a family with a 1 year old and a 4 year old we especially enjoyed the fact that there was a play room on the patio. The gym was also very much appreciated! The house was clean and had enough room to accommodate 2 families !
