Very good, clean hotel. The rooftop restaurant has a good view of the Pyramids so it's very nice to have breakfast there or just hang out. The breakfast was great too and we were welcomed with a welcome drink. Since we arrived late (around midnight) we asked the hotel to arrange a meal, which they did for an extra charge. The staff was very attentive and polite.

Mariam Mofdy and Sana from guest relations were amazing and did so much for us (it was my birthday and they did lots of surprises! 🥳). They were extremely helpful, friendly and respectful. We loved everything and would stay here again for sure. 💖

I’ve been to many 5-star hotels in 4 different countries and definitely this was one of the absolute BEST! exceptional service that worth every penny you pay, what was really outstanding is how attentive the staff is, plus you get you own Butler and ours (Mohsen) took care of literally EVERYTHING we need even if it’s not hotel-related. Definitely raised the quality bar.

JAZ Pyramids Resort je klidný zahradní rezort postavený na 48 000 m2 zahrad v centru Egypta v Gíze, 3 minuty od Velkého egyptského muzea a 5 minut od pyramid a Sfingy v Gíze. The reception was exceptional! I forgot to mention our honeymoon and they took care of everything!! Shout out to Ahmed!!

Our stay at the Galaxy Pyramids View Inn was simply unforgettable. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everything was perfect. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a wonderful surprise from the staff — they had beautifully decorated our room and prepared a flower bouquet to celebrate the beginning of our honeymoon. The room was luxurious, beautifully designed, and included a bathtub. What truly amazed us was the breathtaking view of the pyramids right from our window. Seif, one of the staff members, kindly accompanied us when we went shopping outside the hotel and even took us on a tuk-tuk ride. He made us feel safe and cared for at all times! We’ll always remember this experience and highly recommend this hotel.
