Food was great. Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. I wish I could name them all, but to name a few: Vanessa, Violina, Jennifer, Adhit, Friska and Rejal.

Great view of Singapore and the shipping activity passing the resort. Friendly, obliging staff, great food at the restaurant, Indira was particularly helpful and very friendly. Nothing was any bother everyone willing to help with any requests. Everything was very clean and tidy.

Holiday Inn Resort Batam offers spacious suites, just 25 minutes by car from Hang Nadim Airport. Clean room and courteous staff. We enjoyed our stay. We had food at the teppanyaki place and the Thai restaurant - food was excellent. Shout out to the lady at the teppanyaki, who was friendly and went out of her way to deliver the food that we couldn't eat, to our room. The pool was excellent and the place was lively with kids shouting about :) Will definitely return.
