I loved that the property was beach front! It was so relaxing waking up next to the water. The sauna was a great touch, we used it both days and it was such a treat! We received a great welcome by Sean and Michelle who also arranged our transport to the ferry in the morning.

Tigh Fitz is a charming, family-owned property that has been in the Fitzpatrick family for generations. Beautiful stunning view from our room over the water. Peaceful. Great breakfast. Penny was attentive to our needs.

The location is stunning, on a quiet side of the island and on a hill with wonderful views. With rented bikes we got around easily. The room was very comfortable, and the downstairs sitting area was cozy and good for meeting people and chatting. Breakfast was delicious and the hostess very kind and helpful.

We were two couples the downstairs room was tiny so the bed was a full but I slept great. The whole house is lovely and clean. The view is stunning. I was concerned because we had a later ferry and didn’t have time to run to the market and we were pleasantly surprised to have fresh bread milk and eggs to make breakfast with. I will try to stay here on my next visit. We all loved having space to hang out and enjoy our trip.
