馬籠ふるさと学校 Magome Furusato Gakkou se nachází v destinaci Nakatsugawa a nabízí ubytování s zahradou, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, sdíleným loungem a terasou. It is a school turned to a hostel in a very convenient location for the Nakasendo trail trekkers. In our experience the staff was very helpful and the other guests were very respectful and quiet. We slept like babies! Very comfortable single beds and they offered extra blankets. They offer suggestions for dinner in the village but in case of emergency there are also snacks and instant noodles sold there. Anyone can use the kitchen facilities too! Also the gym of the high school is open to use :) Clean toilets and showers!

Located at 13-minute walk from Nagoya Station, Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower offers free WiFi throughout the hotel. Shared parking is available on site for a fee. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, we felt like VIPs. The staff were exceptional, the room was large, clean and quiet, and the breakfast was outstanding. We also had Club Lounge access, which was a slice of heaven. The hotel was in walking distance to Nagoya Station as well for all our transportation needs. This hotel checked all the boxes and we wish we could have stayed longer!

Effective October 1, 2025, a lodging tax will be introduced by ordinance of Takayama City. In addition to the room charge, 100 yen per person per day will be charged. We were extremely happy about our stay . Very spacious room, comfortable beds . The common spaces are very spacious and cozy. The location is great to walk to the center.

Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. We keep coming back. The building has a great atmosphere, very welcoming. Very helpful personal. Spotlessly clean. And the onsen is great for soaking away jetlag. Close enough to Hakone for a daytrip.

Syukaen Yunohanazen se 4 hvězdičkami se nachází v destinaci Atami. Zhruba 1,2 km od ubytování se nachází Pláž Atami Sun Beach, 27 km daleko je Hakone-Yumoto Station a 29 km Chrám Shuzenji. Two different hot spring baths, nice spread of food served to room for breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff but a bit weak on speaking English.

Iroriyado Hidaya se nachází v destinaci Takajama a nabízí ubytování s zahradou, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm a sdíleným loungem. Takajama vlakové nádraží je 1,6 km daleko. Very well maintained property, although we can the tell the property is aged, the effort and hard work to maintain the house is very impressive

Kyukamura Fuji se nachází v destinaci Fudžinomija a poskytuje zahradu, bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách a neplacené soukromé parkoviště pro hosty, kteří přijedou autem. This place is a hidden gem. Beautiful and rare location. Wonderful food. Staff so sincere and helpful. Love this place so much we came from overseas visited it twice in less than four months. Must stay at least two nights.

ヒルズハウスセカンド se nachází v destinaci Tokoname a nabízí zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a výhled na město. It had a true homely feel - you will be staying with a local couple who are the most wonderful people. They are both deeply passionate about Tokoname artists and will be able to give you a lot of information about them. They delivered an authentic experience of living in a Japanese household. The rooms are cute, clean, and comfortable too!

B&B legare se nachází v destinaci Gifu a nabízí ubytování s terasou nebo balkonem, bezplatným Wi-Fi a TV s plochou obrazovkou, kola zdarma a zahradu. Na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště. I usually don’t write reviews but this place is so good that I had no option but to write. This is a house. A proper house with a lovely backyard and cleanliness of highest standards. However, the real charm is the landlady. She is extremely polite and generous to the extent that she goes all the way to accommodate the guest’s needs. From little games to Onsen excursions, just staying at this property should be a reason good enough to visit Gifu. Finally, the food. I would recommend you to wake up super hungry because the landlady puts out a feast every morning! She is a cook par excellence and each dish (including the serveware) has a story to tell. It’s amazing how she manages everything on her own. There is nothing to not like about this place. I visited Gifu on a work trip but now this place has become my reason to return to Gifu. The city has an asset in this place and it truly shows you what Japan is when you take away the neon lights.
