The room was super clean, cozy and large. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had two times dinner there and the food was very, very good, The hotel has a pool and beautiful surroundings. And yes, cold water in the shower :) We can highly recommended this hotel!!! We loved it ❤️

The owner is very kind and helpfull with everything. E.g. arranging tuk tuks for tour through archeological sites The food was absolutely delicious. The rooms are clean and eguipped with air fan every rooms has its own bathroom with toilet and shower.

Gihan and his wife truly care for all of their guests, looking after their wellbeing and also allowing for independence and privacy. It felt to nice to be well cared for, especially when traveling alone. Gihan can help arrange tours and activities and will take you himself in his Tuk Tuk when available. They have bikes for hire and I enjoyed riding all around Anuradhapura a couple of times. Their food is amazing! In the past they owned a restaurant and it shows. A huge variety and the best food I’ve had in Sri Lanka. I am gluten intolerant and they were very accommodating to my diet. You can tell they care a lot about their business, investing in it and caring for their clients. Extend your stay, you won’t regret it. There’s much to see In Anuradhapura and you’ll not want to leave Corner Cottage.

The following day, we enjoyed a full-day safari in Wilpattu National Park, which I highly recommend! We were lucky enough to spot sloth bears, leopards, and elephants—a truly unforgettable experience. Moni Farmhouse is brand new and beautifully designed. It felt like staying in a private suite surrounded by nature, offering peace, comfort, and total immersion in the wilderness. All our meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—were freshly prepared and delicious. After our stay, Buddika also arranged our transfer to Anuradhapura, making everything seamless and stress-free. We are deeply grateful to Buddika for his warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. Thanks to him, our journey through Sri Lanka started in the best possible way. Highly recommended!

Wilpattu Mookalan Resort se nachází v destinaci Habawewa a má zahradu, nekuřácké ubytování a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Jen 39 km odtud je Kumbichchan Kulama Tank. We had an amazing experience in Wikpattu Mooklan Resort! The owner and his son were taking care of us all the time and organized a great safari! It was a full day trip at a very affordable price, We managed to see 3 leopards, bear, elefant, crocodiles, tones of deers, and many, many other species of mammals, reptiles and birds. At night we could hear a lot of animals and it was an extremely peaceful time. The food was delicious and made with love. Absolutely recommended place!
