A perfect place for a couple, especially if you have a car (on the other hand, you may reach Vichten with a public bus which is, of course, free in Luxembourg). The room is very spacious, clean, well-equipped (including a coffee machine), the area is quiet, there is a balcony. There is a bakery and a grocer's store in the same building. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon departure, we forgot a pair of shoes in the room by accident: the reaction of the staff was very friendly and helpful, it was no problem to arrive once again and take them. To sum up, we really recommend the hotel. We liked it so much that we came back here once again a few days later.

Each room is different and with its own personality, all are arranged in very good taste. I particularly loved my room called roaring 20's; it felt cosy and had an "at home" feel. The staff was helpful and friendly, provided lots of useful information and tips. would love to go back for a longer stay

Located in central Luxembourg, La Pipistrelle Hotel is housed in an historical building and offers rooms with distinguished design. Free WiFi access is available. Great location. Excellent, friendly staff. One morning, the bakery failed to deliver breakfast bread and pastries. The front desk sent me a message that breakfast might be a little late. She then literally ran to another bakery and solved the problem. She was so apologetic that she was not there for a few minutes after we came down for breakfast. My wife and I were actually very impressed with her amazing customer service.

Krásné ubytování v centru města, vše bylo v naprostém pořádku, velmi ochotný a milý personál. Pokoj krásný, velký, čistý. Výborné snídaně. Určitě se při své další cestě ráda ubytuji právě zde.

The Sofitel Luxembourg Europe is a modern 5-star hotel offering elegant rooms and suites, and boasting 2 fine dining restaurants and a fitness centre. Guests benefit from free WiFi during their stay. room (luxury room) was clean and big enough for all of us ( 2 adults + one child) Beds were comfortable Breakfast was simply great: nothing was missing -panettone and fresh yoghurt at cocco flavour

The property was located in a prime location close enough to Ville Haute but far enough from any noise. The place was beautiful and large! Entire floor plus master upstairs. Modern, spacious, clean, up to date amenities, larger enough for 4 people if not plus one on the couch and a cot. Responses were quick when I needed something, all kitchen utensils were present. Bed was comfortable, bathrooms and showers were large! Kitchen was huge and had everything. Laundry on site as well!

Lorena is sweet and very approachable too. We love their apartment because it feels like home. Everything is provided for and very complete. Very highly recommended for a family of 4.
