We liked pretty much everything - the hotel is stylish and modern, we had a room with sea view. It was a midnight sun season, but it was possible to make the room absolutely dark when needed. Shower was also nice. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. There is a nice pub with relatively cheap food (for Norwegian standards) in the building right next to the hotel. There are also supermarkets and a museum in 1 minute walking distance. The hotel has parking with EV chargers. Just amazing!

The location is perfect, right by the harbor, offering breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Waking up to such a stunning view was truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The overall design of the room made it feel both stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options, including bread, smoked salmon, local specialties, and a great selection of drinks. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the beautiful harbor was a highlight of my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always ready to help with recommendations and any requests. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Thon Hotel Svolvær. From the beautiful location to the excellent service, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Svolvær!

Ubytování bylo na skvělém místě, velmi čisté a rekonstruované. Hezký výhled v typické chatce u vody. Podlahové vyhřívání v koupelně.

The island with the iconic, ochre yellow cabins in the middle of the Reine fjord, The island have been in the care of the Gylseth family for many generations. Nejlepší ubytování, jaké jsme si mohli vybrat a na tom nejkrásnějším místě Lofot. Určitě se tu znovu vrátíme. Velmi prostorné a útulné ubytování.

Scenically set amongst nature, this property is within 1 km of Svolvær town centre and Svolværgeita Mountain. It offers free Wi-Fi and modern accommodation with well-equipped kitchens. We like the location, especially the view of the Fjord from our windows, and the quietness - the hotel stays away from the busy tourists area but in walking distance to everything. The staff on the reception was knowledgeable and polite. The food in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner was amazing. You have to keep in mind to book the table for dinner.
