Jonah and Sonia, a lovely couple undertaking a beautiful project. The Villa is perfectly restored, and decoration combines the classic and the modern in a charming and chic way. Details of exquisite taste and a selection of very good products for breakfast. Although it seems difficult to access by steep streets from the center, in Coimbra is the best option to stay, as downtown is a little harsh by night. Beautiful hotel in the restored historic building of the Cistercian monastery. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. There is a lovely warm welcome from the moment of check in to the moment of check out. The staff in the breakfast room are very kind and provide everything needed for a very enjoyable breakfast. It is situated just a few minutes walk from the bus terminus, which makes it easily accessible from Lisbon. We were joined by our son and his family for one night as they were travelling to Porto for their flight home. They had a beautiful room which was very large with a luxurious bathroom. They are looking forward to going again. Alcobaça is a very relaxing place with gorgeous restaurants and delicious food. I would highly recommend Montebelo Mosteira. I’m already looking forward to a return visit. Thank you all very much for making our holiday a wonderful experience.

This is a beautiful, family-run boutique hotel in the center of Nazaré. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I found the room to be clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was provided and the food was plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.
