It’s a wonderful place. The greeting by the three dogs was a great beginning to my stay. Paolo the owner is a very friendly, helpful, gracious host. He puts on a great breakfast; way more than the usual Italian coffee and pastry. The dinner he made for me was delicious and the setting only made it better. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool is a nice plus. If I’m ever back this way, I will not hesitate to book here again.

We arrived quite late, but were welcomed with the most delicious, traditional Italian food — truly worthy of Michelin stars! Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable. We especially enjoyed the cozy indoor area, perfect for reading or getting some work done in a peaceful setting. The surroundings are beautifully green and meticulously maintained, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. Breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, generous, and made with love. But what made our stay truly unforgettable were the hosts. We spent hours in conversation with Giovanni, sharing stories about Italy and the world. Out of the 18 days we spent traveling, this was the only place where we felt compelled to exchange contacts and even invited the owners to visit us in Lithuania. We absolutely loved this place — it’s the best of the best! Like home feeling!

We were absolutely delighted with the property for our mini family reunion. Fabio was a great communicator and the property is first rate among our Italian experiences across the south of Italy. Attention to detail, lots of hard work, beautiful underground winery onsight and a pool that belongs on the front of magazines. Breakfast poolside every day with a good coffee machine was very nice. We liked being 15 miutes away from the bustle and tightness of Vieste's beautiful bone white lanes full of top shelf eateries but it's too much for large time slices. We went to the local beach for a nice meal one night which saved us the big town trip. Nice walking trails, amazing views, watch the kite and foil surfers, but mostly chill amongst the smiles of all the staff. We will put this property on our annual dance card.

The air conditioning works well and quietly.
