Tranca da Barriga - Casa do Vinho by Quinta De São Tiago tiene vistas a la montaña y se encuentra en Covilhã. Beautiful location and facilities, including the pool and winery with a tour explaining the organic grapes grown. The wine tasting with charcuterie tray was superb. We were thrilled to help with grape picking in the morning, receiving a basket of grapes to enjoy munching on. Each family member is friendly, kind and passionate about their business, also helping with the cheese factory location nearby.

A little oasis hidden south of Guarda. This quinta hotel is ideal for a retreat away from distractions and stress. The bed is comfy, the room is clean, the pool is perfect, the breakfast exceeded our expectations and the host is very welcoming and lovely including Lourena the cat which is the princess of this cherry Quinta. We stayed only one night because we were traveling, but this place is ideal for at least 3 days as a retreat.

Quinta da Sra Marocas está en Covilhã, a 24 km de Parque Natural Sierra de la Estrella y a 24 km de Capilla del Calvario de Belmonte, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, piscina... Estupendo! Soy celíaca y se preocuparon por traerme todos los productos sin gluten, pan, bollería, cereales, embutido, queso… Adelia es súper atenta y siempre está pendiente por si necesitas algo.

Villa Regadio está en Covilhã, en la región de Región Centro. Ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, parking privado gratis y acceso a la bañera de hidromasaje. Todo. Habitación muy amplia, desayuno espectacular, las vistas a la Sierra de la Estrella increíbles y que decir la piscina. Tienes la cocina para usarla, tanto para comer como para cenar. Con unas vistas increíbles. Los atardeceres espectaculares.... Además, no hay horario ni para la piscina ni para el jacuzzi. Además , tienes una cafetera en la habitación para usarla tantas veces como quieras. Los dueños, muy atentos.

Unhais Valley - Country House dispone de bicicletas gratis y está en Unhais da Serra, a 38 km de Parque Natural Sierra de la Estrella y a 39 km y a Capilla del Calvario de Belmonte. El buen trato y la confianza depositada. La decoración de la casa, muy acogedora y las vistas a la montaña.

Villa Alzira se encuentra en Seia y ofrece wifi gratis, bicicletas gratis, jardín y terraza. This is a very homely and pleasant accommodation Everything we needed was provided with a smile. The accommodation was inside the family winery and it was an authentic and magical experience

Casas do Soito se encuentra a 28 km de Parque Natural Sierra de la Estrella y ofrece piscina al aire libre y jardín, así como alojamiento con aire acondicionado, balcón y wifi gratis. Staff were kind, house was clean and well equipped, view was amazing and food was wonderful.

Cantinho da Estrela se encuentra en Seia, a 29 km de Playa artificial de Mangualde y a 38 km de Parque Natural Sierra de la Estrella, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, salón de... Sala espaciosa, cocina bien equipada, decoración, limpieza.

Solar De Alarcao está en Guarda y dispone de vistas al jardín, jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y bar. Hay wifi gratis. Braekfast was incredible and our room made us feel like royalty. The hostess is adorable.

Quinta do Limite - Agroturismo está a 31 km de Parque Natural Sierra de la Estrella y ofrece piscina de temporada al aire libre y jardín, así como alojamiento con aire acondicionado, patio y wifi... This was the best place we stayed in Portugal in a 3 week trip. The home is beautiful, and very well thought out. The bed was the most comfortable we slept in in Portugal. The views of the orchards and Serra de Estrella mountains in the distance were gorgeous. We loved wandering around the property and meeting the cats, dog, chickens (farm fresh eggs in the morning), goats and donkeys. There is also a pool with a great view, that we didn't use because of the cold weather. The breakfast was amazing, eggs, bread, homemade preserves, cold cuts, cheese, fruit and a most wonderful yogurt with cherries grown in their own orchard. But perhaps the best part was the hosts kindness and generosity. We felt most welcomed. When we got in late and didn't feel like driving back to a restaurant, she brought out some olives, cheese, fruit, bread and wine, and charged very little. It was perfect! We recommend staying enough days that you can really settle in and enjoy the place and explore the towns, valleys and mountains nearby.
