Breakfast, lunch and dinner was very very good. The location is the best! Our family and those around us go to dubai at least 2 times a year. I have already talked to everyone in the family that it will be only this hotel after my stay. The staff were absolutely wonderful. you became friends with everyone and felt at home. I have to give a big thanks to Joseph who serves at the pool bar, helpful with everything, he helped us with what we wanted help with right away, this guy is really one of them as stands out, Joseph is going to be something big there as this guy has something beyond that extra. Joseph if you are reading this I just want to thank you my friend you are the best! Also met the hotel owner MR K an incredible man I wish him all the best in everything in life.

Outstanding facilities and tremendous views from the property. 5 minutes walk through inside the property to Dubai Fountains & Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa. It really worth the staying in Palace Downtown. I have been to different 5 stars hotels but this was one of the most memorable.

The customer service provided from the receptionist Parvinder and salah who was very helpful and assured that we will have good stay. Breakfast was excellent specially chef Purshu and chef Ajay at restaurant very professional. The pool water was little bit cold but was nice . The service at the beach worth 5 stars . We will repeat this hotel again
