The staff was extremely attentive. They are very knowledgeable and professional. There seemed to be three people at your side every minute making sure you had what you wanted. The hotel is directly across from the huge Copacabana beach. The hotel pool is large and is surrounded by the hotel and its three restaurants. Its a great place to spend the day. The Palace is all about service and luxurious surroundings. It was a great place to stay and relax.

Fantastic location, one of the best in Rio De Janeiro. Have a little spa on the 12th floor, do not miss it the view is breathtaking. We had a receptionist Vinicius who was amazing. Spoke fluent English and spanish and he was super professional. He help us to rent a car and gave us good and helpful advise about the city.
