Really a boutique hotel, very nice athmosphere, clean and cozy, staff is very nice. I would recommend to stay if you visit San José. We missed the breakfast because of the early flight, but I am sure it would have been amazing, too.

the hotel was very nice with great staff. had all the facilities you need with a nice breakfast in the mornings. just a short distance in taxi to the town. not the best to walk because of all the traffic about but still only around 15/20min walk to shops and restaurants. the hotel was clean.

We had lunch in the dining room. My salmon salad was superb & then dinner, celebrating our grandson birthday. The food, our waiter made it memorable.The breakfast was lovely around a beautiful surrounding. The young man who attended to us was exeptional. I believe is name is Kernest but i am always bad @ remembering names. The view from our room, dining room. The entire surrounding was breath taking. The staff was above & beyound.

This hotel was perfectly placed in the shopping district of Escazu. The food court nearby was fantastic and walking distance to nearby malls. The staff were excellent. I left my phone in a shop just before closing and they went over and beyond to help me get it back to me after I had had to leave on the early morning flight. Gebim being the exceptional staff here but all the team involved and I am very grateful for their caring and professional service.
