Very helpful/kind resepstionists, who made sure we got separate bed as we asked for, (this was not easy to find other places in Cairo). Even got a free upgrade with good view and welcome snacks/fruits. The rooms are very clean.

The staff was not only professional, but incredibly warm and caring (spacial thanks to Alaa and the manager of the Italian Restaurant). They were attentive to every detail of my stay, which greatly contributed to making my trip memorable. The rooms at the St. Regis Hotel were simply sumptuous. They were spacious, elegantly decorated. The comfort of the bedding and the impeccable cleanliness of the room contributed greatly to my well-being during my stay. The hotel Italian restaurant was also an exceptional culinary experience. The food was exquisite, and the restaurant staff were not only knowledgeable in suggesting dishes, but they also showed great courtesy and a keen sense of hospitality.

Our room was big & very clean, very comfy mattress/bed. Uuh we like the lights in our bedroom, almost like a designer hotel. We enjoy the smart TV and the facilities in the room like cattle so we can make ourselves hot drinks. Staff was very friendly and kind. Lovely breakfast, too!. We highly recommended this place to anybody.
