Whether it was assisting with our room requests, giving us tips on the best activities, or simply checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly, Ash truly made our holiday exceptional. The resort itself is breathtaking, with beautiful views, luxurious amenities, and impeccable service throughout. We came at 8 am 14/11 and as of rules the check in must be at 2 pm But thx for receptionist to make for us check earlier it was really nice, thanks for Kero! The guests relation Anna was amazing with support. Anything what I needed I messaged her via WhatsApp and request done in few minutes. Thx for barmen Walid of VIP lounge, he’s professional and also would like to tank the waiter in the VIP restaurant on the beach, I forgot his name but he’s really amazing and his vibe so good The all staff starting from security and ending by HK - GOOD. It was great experience!

Elisir Spa & Hotel was everything we hoped for on our honeymoon. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was peaceful, and every detail felt just right. What made it truly unforgettable, however, was the incredible hospitality of Mr. Hamid. From the moment we arrived, he ensured we were comfortable and well taken care of. Our room was beautifully prepared with complimentary touches that made us feel genuinely welcomed. Throughout our stay, Mr. Hamid was attentive, kind, and always available if we needed anything. He was also very understanding about our early morning departure. Our flight was at 6:30 a.m., and he not only arranged a late checkout but also personally drove us to the airport at 4 a.m. That level of care and generosity is something we will never forget. Thank you, Mr. Hamid, for making our honeymoon so special. We are truly grateful, you’ve set the bar incredibly high. Hopefully, until soon again!
