The hotel exceeded our expectations. By far our best impression was made by charming young lady Uxue, she made us immediately feel like really special guests. Thank you, Uxue! We could check in early and we had nice welcome drinks. Big and very pleasant surprise - the hotel upgraded our room for free. The room was spacious and luxurious, the bed absolutely comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the seaside and the old town restaurants' and small shops' area. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This Amazing newly refurbished hotel is secluded and on the waterfront but close enough to Chania ‘s Old Town and Harbour .The views and the sound of the gentle waves below make it a truly exceptional choice for a holiday break. The staff are ALL so polite and accommodating especially the two brothers Yannis and Nectarios who even offered to drive us , in turns, to Elefonisi beach and Rethymno a must during your stay in Crete. The hotel boasts all the perks possible ,with a steam room in each suite. The atmosphere at dinner time on the waterfront is relaxing and definitely the Best Restaurant in this area.

We will remember our stay at the Casa Delfino for a very long time. The staff were exceptional, from the very warm welcome when we arrived through to the recommendations for dinner at the various local restaurants and the personalized service in helping us get to Souda Bay War cemetery. The breakfast was substantial with a variety of local dishes. A special thanks to Chrissy and Lefteris who were the ultimate hosts . Your kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. We hope that one day we will be back to stay again.

Our room with balcony and sea view surpassed expectations - it was comfortable, stylish, immaculately clean, with a superb view. Our stay was enhanced by the Scala de Faro staff who were all friendly, positive & very helpful. The excellent breakfast was a great start to the day. Would stay again.

Lagon is really clean and has great views and access to the sun, meaning the pools/balconies are not shaded. The spa is also very nice. The rooms are spacious and have most of what you would need, with a great bed! The staff and owners are exceptional and really take this from 4 to 5 stars. They offer such amazing service and all the food and drinks at the hotel is great.
