This hotel is absolutely perfect! It is suited in a beautiful natural nature, the rooms are gorgeous and very spacious, pool area is also very beautiful. Other than that, this hotel does a lot for sustainability so that was a big plus for us. The sustainability tour was amazing! It is very quiet, calm and perfect for a slow relaxed holiday.

Exceptional service, spotlessly clean and modern. Great location. Food and nightly entertainment was excellent Snorkel directly off the beach at high tide. Further out is an amazing coral reef and fish. Water depth and flat calm water perfect for snorkelling for all ages and abilities. Free use of snorkels, reef shoes, canoes, paddle board and bikes. Free shuttle bus to Lovina shops.

We arrived using The Damai airport pick up driver therefore we were collected in a beautiful car with drinks and cold towels from the airport. The reception team were therefore expecting us at 1045pm and were able to check us in quickly and even arrange for some dinner to the dropped to the Villa. The Damai itself is a paradisical place set in Lush Gardens with the most attentive staff one could ask for. The team go above and beyond to make sure everyone's stay in special including learning all guest names, dietary requirements, likes/dislikes etc. The attention to details in the rooms/villa were excellent. We were staying in the Master Pool Villa (Umar Ratu) therefore we had the beautiful infinity pool from most of the promo shots one sees for this hotel. The decoration, the outdoor decking and pool were maintained multiple times per day so the place looks perfect 24/7. Finally I would highlight the food at the Damai - each breakfast is a special occasion and the dinner menus/cocktail menus are outstanding (be willing to be pay a premium for such cooking if you can). I believe this to be the best resort in Lovina and so do the locals down on Lovina beach !

Umah Lusa is a credit to those who envisioned it, created it and work every day to ensure the highest standards of genuine hospitality. The setting is spectacular; an almost heavenly hilltop aspect, seemingly above the clouds and a world away from the tourist crowds. The views over the hills towards the sea, the stunning pool, and the beautiful gardens are just the start. The stand-alone rooms are quietly luxurious, well-appointed and extremely comfortable. The in-house massage was excellent, and the steam room and sauna were a welcome addition. The restaurant setting is sublime at any time of day, and we enjoyed everything we tried from the extensive menu, which offers both local flavours and Western options, all done very well. However, the highlight of our stay was the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their welcoming smiles and genuine engagement were a sheer delight and will live long in our memories of this stunning property.

The staff was very kind and attentive to everything we needed. The hotel was clean , the food in the restaurant delicious , pool was amazing and yoga class was great. definitely great place to stay and is close to Lovina also the shuttle bus to Lovina was very helpful to go to Lovina and have a walk around town

The location was absolutely gorgeous. The cleanliness, the room ambiance, the view from the villa, the pool etc everything was spot on. My husband and I stayed there during mid April and got to experience really good weather with almost no rain. If you want to swim in sunlight, take a dip early in the morning, however the afternoons are also special due to the descending clouds. The water may seem slightly unpleasant for a dip in your private pool during the afternoons and evenings
