The team at the hotel are exceptional, very friendly, they really make you feel home away from home . The management to the staff are very very nice . The girls in guest relation are extremely nice . Beautiful Preshella , Lisa , Resma , chef Rajiv & chef shantanu from the restaurant, a big thank you , snedon, Aston , Madhu , manish, thank you , keep up the good hard work . The facilities were very good, especially given the hotel's age, but the exceptional service level is what really made the difference. We loved the breakfast because the choice of both Indian and European food was excellent, the quality was great, and the waiters were very prompt and friendly. The reception was staffed with great team members, so both the check-in and the check-out were smooth. Bhupen was particularly helpful and efficient, and he even managed to remember my not-very-common last name. Also, the concierge Urvashi was very friendly and professional and gave us some great dining suggestions. The location of the hotel is far away from the city center but very close to the airport, and there is a whole cluster of top hotels around, so if you want to try some new restaurants you can either walk or take a short tuk-tuk ride to another 5-star property nearby. The pool of the hotel is great and it is super relaxing to take a nap on one of the sun beds surrounding it.

There are no words to express how truly amazing this hotel is. By far the best hotel we've stayed at in India, even much better than the other Oberoi we stayed at in Agra. The location is also great, right in front of the sea. What makes it even more exceptional is the staff: highly qualified, professional and super kind. And the food is simply amazing. There are three different restaurants, one Michelin Star Indian, one Italian and one that has different kinds of cuisines. All spectacular. One huge thank you goes to Chef Sahil, his food was superb and he went a long way to accomodate all of my allergies. I can't thank him enough. Also, for gym lovers, the gym is great!

Everything was awesome, the food, the room, the cleanliness and location are all awesome. We loved the ambiance on our stay and what we loved even more is that the hotels care for hiring staff with learning disabilities like Down Syndrome or hearing disabilities. I will continue to support hotels such as Taj the trees that care for providing a nice and sustainable environment for these folks. Will definitely be coming back!
