We’ve got upgraded and with an additional bed without any charge. All the staff are nice and helpful. When we arrived, Sofia showed us around and introduced all facilities to us. Nicholas also helped book the entry passes of mont magic for our family. Rodrigo suggested a few nice cities to us when he knew we were about to visit France after our trip to Andorra. The lady who worked in the restaurant (sorry that I forgot to ask her name) and served breakfast was super attentive and friendly. Our overall experience in this hotel was exceptional. I would certainly recommend it to anyone without reservation.

Park Piolets MountainHotel & Spa is situated in the Pyrenees, 300 metres from the ski slopes of Grandvalira-Soldeu and 600 metres from Vall d'Incles. Everything!! Love it! The staff, the breakfast, the location, the facilities! My kids love the kids club! Bianca and Victoria ( front desk) help us to arrange all our activities in Granvalira. It was amazing holidays. We want to come back! Highly recommend it!
