Ali Al Muzaini from customer relations was very helpful and provided me with exceptional experience, he went the extra mile as he was following up with me all the time to make sure everything is perfect. Set 3 km from the U Walk by Arabian mall in Riyadh, Crowne Plaza Riyadh - RDC Hotel & Convention has 5 dining options, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and VIP lounge. The facilities & staff were excellent. In particular Sultan at the front desk was very helpful and always goes above and beyond to help make our stay memorable.

The hotel is easily accessible via the Riyadh Metro with Al-Olaya Station and Inma Bank station just a short distance away one minute walking only, making it convenient to reach the city’s... First of all - very polite, attentive and helpful staff, customer service is highest quality. All employees whom we met - smiling when we talked with them, asking if are not missing anything and they can help us somehow. Room was spacious, clean, everything was there, we have not missed anything. Hotel location is very good - close to many restaurants and cafes of Olaya street, also not far from Kingdom Center. Breakfast was excellent, wifi was good and stable. Truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.
