The service is unbelievable, you go for breakfast and when you come back they’ve made your bed and cleaned the room, you go for dinner and they clean the bathroom and change your towels again.

We loved absolutely everything about this magical place. The building and every detail about the place is thoughtful, beautiful and authentic. The renovations are impeccable while the history, charm and authenticness still shine through. The pool is spectacular the location, our room and every meal was lovely and memorable. All the staff were also exceptional. We can’t wait to return.

Right on the slopes , very clean, amazing breakfast , friendly staff, everyone was charming and the manager was friendly and made sure that your stay was out of this world. I had a special birthday cake delivered to my room because they find out it was my birthday, Austrian welcome at its best.
