From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. We loved every detail of Cervo, from the room with the stunning Matterhorn view to the amazing spa, hot pool, yoga classes, delicious breakfast and others. Every small detail, from arrival to departure, was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly helpful and truly outstanding!

Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby. The breakfast was excellent, five star service and quality. The hotel is beautiful, definitely different to any previous hotel experience I have ever had and the views amazing. I liked the pool, jacuzzi and spa. The staff was very helpful and attentive and super friendly. The hotel also arranged a pick up from the station and even supplied us with a take away breakfast on the last day, as we had to leave early.
