Amazing overall experience: - Very clean everywhere and in great condition. It is clear the hotel is very well maintained - Very quite and chill atmosphere. The fact that the village is quiet also helped, however inside the hotel it was also aways quiet and relaxing - Service is great, everyone is very polite and helpful. Everyone spoke English - All facilities, including Spa area, library, fun area etc. - Breakfast was very tasty and the staff is very attentive

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Everything!!! The room, the bathroom, the view, the customer service. The u expected surprise birthday cake at breakfast. The fact that nothing was too much. This was my first solo trip for my birthday and CERVO made it everything I imagined. I have no regrets or negatives. It was everything I imagined and hoped it to be. It is on the pricey side and this was a treat to myself so I did not mind. However for the price you do get what you see and read. So was worth it! Thank you 🙏🏽

The breakfast was simply divine—each morning felt like a celebration of flavors in the breathtakingly beautiful restaurant. Even though the spa facilities were temporarily located in a neighboring hotel, they were every bit as delightful—beautiful indoor and outdoor pools nestled in breathtaking natural surroundings. The transfer in a horse drawn carriage felt very fairy too! Every aspect of our stay was magical and exceeded our highest expectations.
