This place is an absolute gem from the quality of the staff, adherence to the historical character of the building and the finishes and traditional touches throughout. A special shout out to the amazing and always smiling staff, in particular Ivonne and front desk personnel. The breakfast and all meals were fantastic. Best place we stayed in all of Chile to date. We arrived by car and were able to park right outside the front door. Immediately a young man came out to help us with our luggage. As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Set on the shores of Llanquihue lake and boasting stunning lake and volcano views, the recently-built Hotel AWA offers luxurious accommodation with free WiFi access in Puerto Varas. Very much enjoyed the Awa. We were in a suite which was very comfortable and spacious. There were a few things that were not functional (the blinds) that needed to be fixed. Otherwise, the half board option was appropriate (same menu all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner). We also had massages which were good. I’d recommend to others.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. The location was exceptional. We will definitely stay again when we visit Puerto Varas.

The Alma Del Lago Suite offers modern accommodation with panoramic views of Nahuel Huapi Lake and extensive spa facilities. It features a fine dining restaurant and wine bar. It has amazing climate, great pool with amazing view, not really in city center with is a great cons as it’s not so loudly
