Featuring a private pool, hotel has no direct access to the beach, you need to walk out of the hotel for about 6 minutes and cross the road to the beach. I liked breakfast, the view, help and involvement of the staff, clean room, self laundry. I liked the beach, there are no crowds of tourists and I liked the walking health path, very pleasant to walk at any time of the day

Staff are super helpful to assist all our needs. Our flight at early morning next day and friendly staff helped us with late check out. The room was beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern luxury and local charm. Immaculately clean, spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the in-room amenities left nothing to be desired.

Located in Sanya Bay, Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa is only a 2-minute walk from the beach and the Coconut Dream Corridor. The hotel looks and feels grand with Great facilities! The room is clean, spacious and comfortable- a separate bath, toilet and a bathtub. The slide kids bunk bed is a hit. The kids love the bunk bed. The stay includes an unlimited free entrance to the indoor playground. Breakfast spread is good :). The pool is equipped with fun slides and a foam party in the evening which the kids love. There are a number of dinner options just directly opposite the hotel which is just a minute walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Happy helped us throughout our stay guiding us with all the questions we had and making our stay a very pleasant one. Thanks Happy!! We will choose Sangem moon again if I come back again. It's really an exceptional hotel!!

The hotel itself was very clean and modern, with a spacious room and an excellent restaurant. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a fantastic experience!
