Everything was nearly 100%, the staff members from reception, cleaners bar members and entertainment were very friendly, the food was limited but nice, really nice private location, rooms were super clean and spacious. Amazing views.

We stayed at Cayena by Masaya after visiting Tayrona Park, and it was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional, from the reception to the restaurant team. The hotel has only a few rooms, which made it feel peaceful and never crowded—we always found a great spot to lounge by the beautiful, large pool (perfect for a proper swim). There’s also a covered area with yoga equipment, and we loved starting the day with a beach-front workout. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a super comfy bed, working AC, hot water, and complimentary refillable drinking water. The restaurant was a highlight—breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, and the à la carte prices were very reasonable, so we were happy to eat at the hotel. There are beds on the beach, but we mostly stayed by the pool since the ocean had big waves and a small sandy area during our visit (great for surfers, though). Overall, we had a perfect stay and would absolutely recommend Cayena for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, relaxing setting.

If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing place to unwind with great food and amazing staff, this is the place. Drink and food service at the beach and pool. Highly Recommend the mixed ceviche. Massages on site. Hot water showers and breakfast with several options to choose from. Good WiFi. You can also hike to a nearby waterfall for the afternoon. Highly recommended. I will be back when I can stay longer!

El hotel Irotama XXI se halla a 100 metros del mar, alberga gimnasio y piscina al aire libre, y ofrece diferentes actividades en el Irotama Resort. Nos gusto mucho la habitación, el restaurante italiano una delicia, a mis hijos les gustó mucho la gran piscina.
