We had a wonderful family vacation at Serenity Sky Arc Resort – Sahl Hasheesh. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome and taken care of. The resort is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere and stunning views that made our stay truly memorable. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the variety of dining options, the beautiful pools, and the family-friendly environment. A special thank you to the General Manager Mr Poles Ramzy And Mr Emad, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality were clearly reflected throughout the resort. His leadership truly shows in the outstanding service we received from the entire team. This was a great place for us to spend quality time together as a family, and we left with wonderful memories. We would definitely recommend Serenity Sky Arc Resort to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service.

We had a truly amazing stay at Jaz Elite Riviera. The hotel is absolutely beautiful-modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. Our swim-up room was the highlight: peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing right outside our door. The atmosphere of the entire hotel was calm and elegant, and the staff were consistently helpful, kind, and professional-always making sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved the restaurant by the pool-it became our go-to place each day. The food, the setting, and the service there made every meal feel special. Overall, it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays we’ve had. We felt truly taken care of and would come back without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality getaway.

Not a single issue. First and foremost, I’ve never seen such friendly staff. I’ve been to so many hotels and resorts around the world and I’ve never met such friendly, helpful staff. Everyone wanted to make sure that we’re having an exceptional stay, from the reception to the housekeeping to the waiters/waitresses to the chefs and everyone else. Ms. Massaouda was the superstar. She reached out to me before my arrival, helped us with early check-in, gave us an in-depth review of all the facilities, always checked in on us to make sure we’re happy and helped us with a late check-out. Other than the staff, the resort has a huge number of facilities and entertainment that suited our entire family’s age groups. The activities at the kids club and the every night shows were spectacular. Last but not least, the food was exceptional. A huge variety and wonderful taste. Thanks to Jaz Asteria’s whole team! This trip will be memorable!

Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park Hurghada Families and Couples Only se nachází v Hurghadě, 11 km od Nového přístavu, a nabízí soukromou pláž, 4 venkovní bazény a fitness centrum. Strávili jsme Vánoce v hotelu Gravity v Hurghadě a odjížděli jsme odpočatí a zrelaxovaní. Největší poděkování patří personálu na recepci, který nám opravdu vyšel vstříc – umožnili nám dřívější check-in i pozdější check-out, což bylo s dětmi naprosto neocenitelné. Po celou dobu pobytu se snažili, aby nám nic nechybělo, a vždy se na nás usmívali, což dodávalo pobytu příjemnou atmosféru. Samotný hotel má své roky, ale personál to vyvažuje obrovskou snahou a péčí o hosty. Jídlo bylo chutné, pokoje čisté a každý den uklizené. Jediné, co nám trochu pokazilo zážitek, byla studená voda v hlavním bazénu i v aquaparku, což bylo pro děti velké zklamání, protože si nemohly vodu užít tak, jak bychom si přáli. Přesto jsme si svátky užili naplno a hotel můžeme určitě doporučit těm, kdo hledají milý a ochotný personál, pohodovou atmosféru a příjemný odpočinek. Celkově dáváme 11 hvězdiček z 10 – laskavý přístup personálu nám to vynahradil!

Our stay at this resort in Egypt was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of in every possible way. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the drinks were top-notch, thanks to the amazing bartenders. The property itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, clean, and offering breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Mohamed salim from reception, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Also, a huge thank you to Taha, the barman, who made our evenings even better with his amazing cocktails and friendly attitude. The entertainment team truly made a difference in our stay—Yousaf Mohamed and Rico, you guys are incredible! Your energy and enthusiasm made every activity and show so much fun. We loved every second of our stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation! 10/10!
