Fabulous new property with very attentive and customer oriented staff. The rooms were spacious, huge breakfast spread and a range of facilities including a gym, a spa and sports fields. Huge outdoor pool and indoor one too for the winter season and an artificial beach. Great Italian restaurant also on location. So an excellent place to spend a few days just relaxing. And their butler service is exceptional. Moheb from their butler service was very attentive and did many special touches to make our stay even more perfect.

The tours arranged by the hotel were perfectly organized and made exploring Cairo and the pyramids effortless and enjoyable. The rooftop view was breathtaking and one of the highlights of our trip.
