Everything was outstanding! The reception and customer relations were excellent special thanks to Rimomda and Sara for their warm and professional service. The hotel even followed up with us before our arrival, which was a nice touch. All the hotel has modern decorations especially the rooms from inside The beach was splendid, and we appreciated that the food prices there were reasonable. The water park was amazing, compact yet full of fun! The breakfast was amazing with a lot of varieties. Room service was great Ahmed offered us alot of services again all outstanding

Nice location, close to the village.

The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive. Thanks to them, we were able to organize two excursions. The room was comfortable, and although we had a few issues with the bathroom, everything was quickly taken care of once we mentioned it. The food was good, and the overall atmosphere very pleasant. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Siwa’s city center, but once you’re there, you’ll discover a beautiful, peaceful place — perfect for enjoying the area!
