The pool area is a paradise, and the entire property is stunning. The staff were extremely attentive and professional — honestly, I was more impressed than I’ve been at some world-renowned hotel brands. Absolutely stunning property! The hospitality was great, we were greeted really warmly at the reception and our needs were promptly answered whenever required. It really is a very charming space that was quietly tucked away. The accompanying breakfast was a feast. We also had a delightful dinner one of the nights. The staff were all polite and friendly.

The seafront Vistabella offers fantastic views of Roses Bay and the surrounding mountains. It features rooms with balconies, a spa and 5 restaurants. Room was spacious with a fantastic bathtub and great dual sink setup. The sea view was amazing. Restaurants, food, wine, and restaurant service all top notch.

La Malcontenta is set in a restored, 19th-century, country mansion near Palamós, on the Costa Brava. It has an outdoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Spacious suites with all comfort in still an authentic setting. Breakfast served is ‘muy rica’ with so much to choose from. Very kind and helpful staff, the ladies who serve breakfast and afterwards clean the rooms show happiness and pride in what they are doing.
