First, the breakfast was extraordinary! It was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever experienced. The variety, quality, and freshness of the options were truly impressive, and it was such a delightful start to each day. Second, the bed was incredibly comfortable. After a long day of exploring, sinking into such a plush and supportive bed was pure bliss. I slept exceptionally well every night, which is a rare treat when traveling. Also, It was a truly delightful culinary experience! The fish was superb, and the overall atmosphere of the brasserie was just perfect. Combining the outstanding dinner with the extraordinary breakfast and that incredibly comfortable bed, your hotel truly offers a complete and luxurious experience. Every aspect of my stay has been exceptional. Thank you once again for your remarkable hospitality. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Vesnice Colroy-la-Roche, mezi Štrasburkem a Colmarem, v srdci zachovalých údolí, dýchá prostou a pravou přírodou. Deckerova rodina tam vytvořila vřelou adresu. The property is in a beautiful setting and has a very nice interior design. Everything is clean and the spa team was very friendly and did a great job. Dinner was also nice and the dining staff were very professional and accommodating. When we arrived late around 9:30pm, the restaurant manager, I believe, let us know that the restaurant is closed but they can whip up a charcuterie plate for the group.
