Situated in Edinburgh's West End, The Bonham Hotel is a Victorian town house. Majority of the bedrooms have a city view. Front desk staff were fabulous. Told us a lot about the history of the property.

We went there for our anniversary, and loved it, and would recommend it to anyone. We stayed in the Armory suite, and we loved the busts of the alchemists, the pictures of the kings of Scotland, and the steel plate armour helmets you can pick up. Not sure they are really historic though :) The restaurant is great too if you can get a reservation, but be sure to reserve early or you will miss out...

This luxurious 5-star retreat has a fine-dining restaurant and romantic bedrooms about 3 km from the Royal Mile. Prestonfield is surrounded by gardens and a golf course. We loved everything: the staff, the housekeeping, the service, the impeccable food for breakfast and dinner. The food at the hotel restaurant was better than Michelin star restaurant. We loved the decor and the specious lobby ( several of them). So many rooms to relax and enjoy a good book with a glass of wine or a good coffee. It is shown that a lot of thought and efforts were invested to make our stay perfect. They succeeded in every way. We felt like royalty.

It is charmingly Scottish with its plaid decor. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always inquiring about our comfort and satisfaction. My favorite was the guest services department, with whom I spent quite a bit of time communicating with before our arrival. They assisted me with planning and organizing our trip to our specific needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is great, quiet but close to shopping, bars, food and places of interest. The hotel is unique, loved how the ships features have been incorporated to retain the authenticity. Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they made it feel special. Extra little touches are always appreciated and Fingal gets that just right. Food on board is excellent and highly recommended. Fabulous place to stay.

The W Hotel Edinburgh is undoubtedly one of the most visually striking and modern hotels in the city. The design is sleek and contemporary, with a definite "wow" factor from the moment you walk in. The room was beautifully furnished, with all the high-tech amenities you’d expect, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The views over Edinburgh were a real highlight, especially from the rooftop bar. Service was generally excellent—friendly and attentive staff, especially at reception and in the bar. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Edinburgh, perfect for exploring both the historic and modern sides of the city. Overall, a luxurious stay that delivers on style and atmosphere.
