The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs... We met Edith at the front desk. She was very helpful and informative. She showed us how to get around the area. Spoke good English and very friendly too. The hotel is exceptional-we love the room very clean and also the bed is so comfy compared to other hotels. She also upgraded our room from 6th floor to 10th floor ( I guess she noticed that we love to take pictures) - we appreciated that, thanks Edith! Hotel is situated in the Citygate outlet mall. Walking distance to transportation terminal (bus, taxi, train). Just a 3 mins walk to the Ngong Ping 360 Cable car Terminal. Thanks also to Jay who helped us with our luggage and Ed who advised us to better take the bus to Macau …. Thanks guys for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay

Excellent service, the staff are always ready to help, and the room was spacious with a great view. It so happened that we came for a vacation right when a typhoon hit, but all the hotel services were running as usual, including several restaurants, so we had plenty to do. Thank you very much!

Situated at Victoria Dockside in Hong Kong, K11 ARTUS is only a few steps away from K11 MUSEA and Avenue of Stars. Location. Facilities, employees unbelievable. Never had such a high level of service at any property in the world including much more expensive properties.

Breakfast had excellent variety and great taste. Checkout was seamless and quick. Overall, I would return again and again for this kind of service.
