Additionally, chefs Haris and Nasrulloh went above and beyond by preparing exclusive meals for us that weren’t even on the menu. Their culinary expertise and personalized service were unforgettable. These individuals made our stay extraordinary and set a new benchmark for hospitality. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed in worldwide, The Westin Surabaya stands out as the best. We can’t wait to return!

Hotel Tugu Malang inspirovaný stylem koloniální éry se nachází ve východní části Javy. Hotel kombinuje indonéský a čínský design a nabízí venkovní bazén, wellness centrum a restaurace. We spent 3 nights at Tugu Malang in January 2025 and found it to be the perfect base for visiting Mt Bromo and it was within walking distance to the Chinese temple and local flower markets. They served a complimentary afternoon tea each day with various local treats and a range of herbal teas which were delicious - most of the treats came from the neighbouring bakery that is also worth a visit. We liked the furnishings in our room and the toiletries were top notch. They provided fresh fruit in our room on a daily basis and we had fresh flowers which were a lovely touch. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel contains a treasure trove of artworks and antiques and well worth an exploration. We loved our meals at the hotel restaurants, especially SaigonSan. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Located in the heart of Surabaya, a 3-minute walk to Tunjungan Plaza, Hotel Majapahit Surabaya MGallery offers rooms with a marble and gold plated bathroom. Beautiful historic place. The staff was amazing, food in the restaurant was great, beautiful swimming pool and grounds. The room was super nice with a balcony. Super welcome respite after our Mount Bromo trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The room was clean, beds, table, sofa, coffee area.. toilet was clean. Very comfortable pillows and L bolster. Aircon was strong and the TV had youtube etc. It was great.
