Holiday Inn Chandigarh Zirakpur, An IHG Hotel is a 5-star property located on Chandigarh – Ambala National Highway. I would like to start my review especially about Manager Adhithyen Gurumoorthy who helped us a lot . Unfortunately I got sick on the first evening he personally called the doctor promptly and on doctor advice ambulance was called and he briefed the night staff to keep check on me and get me back on doctors advise. We were really impressed with his professionalism and customer services. Rest everything was good. Room was spacious, breakfast was delicious with huge variety of options.

It's very beautiful hotel and the stuff were very polite 😊. Cleaning and service were very good. The breakfast buffet was very delicious 😋 . The JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh is a luxurious 5-star hotel located at the heart of the city with close proximity to Chandigarh Airport and Railway station. Service at the restaurants is great. Special thanks to Hardik and Deepak for looking after our breakfast and dinner at JW. Hardik especially made sure we tried hotel cuisines and enjoyed the meals. Arnav from front desk helped us sort out some payment issue regarding pre authorisation amount which was resolved. Arnav called and kept in touch with us regarding our issue. Overall a great stay and great service. We will definitely go back again.
