The room, hotel, and surroundings were incredible but what we will be talking about for years is the service. Not sure if I can say names on here but the very personable lady who checked us in (the one that had formerly worked at Disney) was so incredibly helpful, giving us a tour of the whole property upon our arrival which is quite large and giving us many recommendations for our few days in Puglia. The head of the bar program (the one who had previously worked in London) was so passionate about his craft, making very unique cocktail made almost exclusively with ingredients of Puglia or even the property. Some of the best cocktails we have had and great company too. This hotel is first rate and the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, it doesn't get any better! We were quite sad to leave and say goodbye to the staff, thanks again for the great experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning architecture and the incredible location — it truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect: the rooftop terrace with breathtaking views, the elegant dinner restaurant, the made-to-order breakfast, and the private spa session that felt like pure luxury. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. All in all, we couldn’t be happier. Full praise to the entire team, and we would definitely return without hesitation.
