The staff were all very welcoming, especially the manager who checked in on us several times throughout our stay. We booked the spa experience (with sauna, steam room, and massage) and had the whole space to ourselves. it was such a relaxing treat. Breakfast each morning overlooking the Tuscan greens was beautiful, and the room was stylish, comfortable, and well thought out.

Lots of space and a small bottle of wine and bag of biscotti upon arrival. The restaurants were both wonderful. The tour of the winery and wine tasting was fun and informative.
