Wow! We have just had the most incredible three nights at Villa Thamburu. The villa is perfection, the beach is stunning, it is so relaxing and we were incredibly well looked after by the friendliest staff. The food was delicious and we enjoyed lots of cocktails too! My husband and I have been lucky enough to travel widely and this has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed. Thank you so much for making our short time in Sri Lanka so magical.

We had an amazing stay at the Long House. The grounds, pool and hotel are beautiful. The rooms are large, clean and ours had a beautiful outside shower. We decided to go half board, and would thoroughly recommend. The choices were lovely, with a good mix of traditional and Western dishes. The staff are amazing, especially the restaurant staff. We couldn't recommend the Long House anymore!

If you want to have a authentic Avuyeda experience and get to know Sri Lankan hospitality, this is definitely the place to go! The team of Villa Velmarie is just amazing, very friendly, helpful and always smiling. There are not many words needed to understand that the whole team cares with so much passion about all guests. There are only six room, so that you feel like becoming a member of Velmarie family. During my stay they were only three other guests, so that the atmosphere was just perfect and so nice! All treatments by my therapist Chaturani were excellent! The flower bath and the Shirodhare were my favorite treatments. The massages and oil treaments are wonderful as well. The cook prepares fresh and very delicious Sri Lankan foods, which she serves with a big smile. The manager tries to fulfill all wishes and helps to organise taxi rides and trips. The garden and pool area is very clear and beautiful, thanks to the great gardener who works all day. The cleaning lady provides fresh towels whenever you want and keeps everything nice and clean! The yoga lession is a perfect start of your day. Highly recommend to go there!

Heritance Ahungalla je luxusní hotel u pláže, který se nachází 76 km od Colomba. Everything was clean and well organized. The breakfast buffet was great, the dinner buffet was so good, so many varieties including freshly grilled prawns. I am definitely coming back.
